3. Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, we ship Australia-wide only. Stay tuned — international shipping is something we’re working towards.

4. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address and chosen method. With $100+ spend, shipping is free. From time to time, we also offer free shipping promotions.

5. Can I return or exchange my fragrance?

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrances if you simply change your mind. If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll gladly replace or refund it in line with Australian Consumer Law.

6. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order has been damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Absolutely. All MALLEE scents are cruelty-free, vegan-friendly, and crafted with a blend of natural and safe synthetic ingredients.

To keep your scent at its best, store your perfume in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

10. Can I use MALLEE fragrances if I have sensitive skin?

Everyone’s skin is different. We recommend testing a small patch first. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
