  • We take care to ensure all descriptions, prices, and product details are accurate.

  • From time to time, certain products may be unavailable. We reserve the right to withdraw or discontinue items at our discretion.

  • Colours, packaging, and presentation may vary slightly from images shown online.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from Australia.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier services, and unforeseen delays.

  • Once dispatched, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrances.

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Gift Cards

  • MALLEE gift cards are delivered by email and contain redemption instructions.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • No additional processing fees apply.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including logos, product names, images, text, and designs, are the intellectual property of MALLEE.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our brand assets without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • MALLEE is not liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

  • Always test fragrances on a small area of skin before full use.

  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law.
