You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details (where available).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal partners.
Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Express shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
Rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
3. International Shipping
Currently, MALLEE ships within Australia only.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Free shipping may be offered from time to time as part of promotions.
5. Delivery Issues
Once an order has been shipped, MALLEE is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct at the time of order.

All orders are carefully packed before dispatch.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier.
